1 Package of Sugar Cookie dough 1 8 oz. Package of Fat-Free Cream Cheese, softened 1 container of Fat-Free Cool Whip, thawed 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 3 cups Assorted fruit (mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, bananas, etc.)
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan and spread the dough evenly in the bottom of the pan. Bake until golden brown and then cool completely. Beat the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and vanilla until fluffy. Spread the mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over the mixture.
